Just some feedback on my recent purchases from you. I found that epaint has exceptional customer service. Not cliche and set words but they actually cared and were willing to go the extra mile.

I have placed two orders with epaint and the first one went very well. The second I had a few problems. Talking to the staff Judy and Bob they realised what had happened accepted the problem and did everything in their power to ensure satisfaction. Which I got, and I will very happy to use them again.

What impressed me the most is when I had a problem of how they fixed it with the minimum of fuss and inconvenience to me. It seemed everyone I talked to had authority to make decisions, and they took immediate action. And the paint's very good and prices are very good."

"Fantastic communication and advice. The advice from Bob was spot on as I am not a very experienced painter i relied heavily on his recommendations and it all work out perfect. Very thick good quality paint. Covers well. It only took two coats to cover very dark walls and no undercoat needed.

The price was very reasonable and delivery was the next day. I have recommended epaint to my dad who was also very impressed with the coverage and will continue to spread a good word about this product.
